Garlic, onions, spinach, and ground turkey...
Tomato sauce and tomato paste...
Fresh mozzarella...
Parmesean, ricotta and an egg...
Freakin good if I say so myself...
I didn't have that lasagna pan handy, so I used a couple of regular loaf pans, which apparently made the entire thing stronger and easier to cut and store. I think I'll do it this way from now on.
